Upon further research, best I can find is that it's just called a REB Amphibious 4X4, made in the late 80's. Not a lot of info I can find about them online though.
They're wanting $600... Being that it needs some work (so they claim), I don't think I'll entertain the buy. Maybe if they only wanted $200-$300...

heck id jump all over that.. offer them 5 and see if they bite.. If i remember correctly they had a old sled engine in them and they were pretty durable... If you cold clean it up and get it good and reliable you could make a good $ on that flipping it.. Heck id buy it for my kid..LOL
