2008 suzuki kingquad bogging problem.

2008 suzuki kingquad bogging problem.
The ATV starts up and idols awesome. When you give it throttle or, it climbs any hills its almost like it kills all horse power coming in and out of bogging/stalling. Any ideas of what the issue could be?
