I got a 98 arctic cat 300 4x4 i have replaced the CDI, coil, spark plug and the voltage regulator. When i bought the quad it felt like the quad has an electronic speed limit. It doesn’t rev past like 1/4 throttle even when you give it full throttle. It has no power to get out of its own way and i am lost on what to do. Anyone please help

 

A clogged or damaged exhaust system can restrict the flow of exhaust gases, affecting engine performance. Inspect the exhaust system for any signs of blockage or leaks.

 

OP, did you figure out the problem? I have the same quad and the same sluggish issue.
