Is a rhino considered an atv or a utility vehicle. The reason I ask is will it be able to go on atv trails legally and if some dirt roads are posted no atv's can the rhino still go on that road. I know their is some weight number where a machine cannot be classified as an atv.. Any input into this would be helpful. Thanks

 

Depends on the laws of your state. Here in MN an ATV is a "3 - 6 wheeled (flotation type tires) vehicle with under 900cc's of displacement and under 900lbs" Anything over this is considered an ORV. The Rhino tips the scales at over 1000 lbs so it'd be an ORV here.
