There is a lift at highlifter.com that will lift the front enough to fit 27" tires. I think its $50. The back doesnt need to be lifted, they will fit fine.

You might want to check with your local DNR and see if Rangers are legal to use on public ATV trails. I am about 90% sure that you can't use them in wisconsin on the trails. It would suck if you got one and planned on doing that and you ended up not being able to cause of the laws.

I have had a Ranger 6x6 for over a year now and love it. I use it for everything; trail riding, hauling, towing, hill climbing, etc, and I can take two friends with me. I am a deer hunter and help a friend maintain his 100 acres in the mountains. It has performed flawlessly. It is a very stable platform, being wide and long it will climb hills that my 500HO Sportsman will not without flipping over (and in fact, did). You probably have test ridden one by now but I too think you will be surprised by the acceleration and top end. Mine will cruise at just over 40 on level ground. I wouldn't consider it underpowered at all (but then I have never owned anything with enough power). It would be even better with the 700 twin engine and I suspect Polaris will realize that in the near future. Let me know if you have any specific questions......GT
