The dealer in my area has a 04 Rhino, Camo'd, Winch and Windshield priced at around $7,400.00

Is this a good price and are there any advantages to getting an 05 instead considering this price.

I'll be using it for light duty farm use. Mostly running around the property with very light loads (if any).

That is a very good price! No matter which winch he has on it.
The 05 has a different air intake (look between the seats), claim to have stronger CV joints, glove box door, and the tailgate straps and cover. I think that is everything but there maybe some other little thing or two. I have the 04 and have had NO problems with anything at all so I would not worry too much about the joints unless you plan on run 28" tires or something.
