Prowler Unavailable in CA till 2007 Model
Due to C.A.R.B. regulations, the Prowler (and H1 Quad) are unavailable in CA till 2007 models. It seems that new engines have to have 20k miles on them to qualify for certification in CA, so the 2006 models sold will enable this qualification to occur. So I guess it's the Rhino Limited Edition for me.
