Ranger vs. Toy Hauler

Hey out there, anyone have any GOOD ideas on height problems with the Rangers, Etc. getting them in and out of the Toy Haulers?

Ranger vs. Toy Hauler

What the problem is that the Ranger is 75 inches high and my trailer height is 70 inches and what I have found is that this seems to be the normal rather than the exception. My trailer is a Tahoe 5th wheel.
