Have you bought a new 06 or 07 Ranger XP?

I'm stopping at the dealer tomorrow evening to have my 04 Sportsman 700 EFI appraised and hopefully leaving with a order for the Ranger XP
Looks like 10,799 is the MSRP I've seen on most the dealer websites.
If you've purchased or priced one recently - what is the best out the door you've seen so far. I'd just like a starting point for negotiating.
Thanks in advance.

cool thanks for the comments. I thought 9999 was about what I'd end up at. Just wanted to confirm. I looked at the prowler as well - nice machine. I've just always been partial to Polaris...have had a few with little issues...then again I've had other makes (Honda, yamaha, Suzuki) without issue as well.
Lernem - your out the door price included tax and what not? Also...how are you liking it so far?
Thanks again...

update:
took delivery of a 2007 Ranger XP Silver Limited Edition - 10,999 plus taxes, OTD...and a 10% discount on the cab, and glacier plow system plus winch. No freight, doc fee, prep fee or any of that stuff.
Overall I was happy with the deal. I haven't had much chance to put it through its paces yet but I love the looks of it.

I purchased my '07 XP in September from a Georgia dealer, $10,700 plus tax and accessories. I added front and rear bumper extensions, nerf bars, and multi-mount winch.
If you have not purchased, you might want to know the parking brake is less than acceptable. It's easily burned out by driving off in gear and costs 62.50 to replace the pads. Mine does not hold well on a steep grade either.
Otherwise, it's a great machine from what I can tell and I've slugged through and over some nasty places. I'm at 26 hours and 160 miles. Time for first service and second set of parking brakes!
Good luck!
Mike

For all you Ranger guys out there... there are some pretty sweet automatic reverse light kits for sale on eBay. You might want to check them out. Fair price, quality is top-notch and installation is super easy. Search for "Polaris Automatic Reverse Light" on eBay and they should come up.
