you can get an 1100cc chinese buggy from Sean at super-kart.com for $5500 that is almost half the price of the 650cc rhino....Thats alot of money for repairs and hop up parts :-) ask him about his 1600cc for 8000. Tell him chris from buggynews.com sent you.
I have had my 800cc for over a year, and the CV's have been the only real problem so far(gorilla axles to be delivered this week)....50 mph stock on the gps
But they are untested and unproved. So it is a gamble. Still ...half of the price of a slower rhino. About six inches wider, and the suspension rocks...22" coil overs with fox airshocks available through super-kart.
Joyner buggies sold by thunder powersports are also cool, priced a little higher.
jojano, whats up.
any new mods??

Not this month I've been to busy at work and trying to catch up with household priorities. Hopefuly this month I
will find time to install the new low ratio trani. And hopefuly by summer have the turbo installed. Limiters and straps look like, sure, fix for the axles with lots of air time and speeds between 60-70 MPH. Not even the slightest bit of
wear for about 8-10 months of use.
Fun stuff

Thom,
it depends upon who you talk to :-) no one really knows what to call them. I find myself switching back and forth between go kart and buggy. My wife said...." I thought you were buying a go-kart, thats a Frickin dune buggy!"
most people that see it refer to it as a dune buggy....but people who drive dune buggies say its just a frickin go kart.
I am happy to call it mine!
