I am looking to purchase a used Rhino or Ranger. Which will get me the most bang for my buck? Is one more suited for extreme off road trails, rather then easy driving trails...? Thats what I'm looking for. Probably able to spend 6-7K. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and knowledge!

 

i dont have either one but ive been in each one and i would go with the rhino for a faster, more extreme off road trails. The ranger seems like its more for work, bench seats, shifter is up on the dash, and just a bigger ute. the rhino has bucket seats, shifter is right there next to you, more comfy ride. a guy i went riding with bought an 06 arctic cat prowler with very few miles on it for 5,000 on craigslist. I think it had around 300 miles on it.

 

Ranger is definetly more work oriented than the Rhino. Both are good rock crawlers and in the mud. Rhino has sportier handling than the Ranger.
