I need more of a work UTV than a pleasure. I just want the extra room if my Dad etc, comes to visit and more than two people can go for a ride on my property. I don't need the speed. More hauling firewood, people and my dogs.

Depending on people size the regular Ranger can carry three adults, as long as they are not my size. If you have more than three total the Crew is a great way to go.

I love the Rangers. My favorite line of side-by-sides. BUT gas engines usually turn twice the rpms and diesel fuel helps lube the cylinders. While the 800 may be a good engine, it won't run as many hours. JM $.02.

I'm figuring when cutt'n wood, the wife will be helping, my dogs will want to go for the ride and my saw and other gear, and the box will be taken loads of wood. So I'm thinking the crew will give me the room I need. All aboard!

Polaris has a ton of the lock-n-ride accessories to go with the Ranger too.

I imagine once I have something, I'll wonder how I lived without it. Right now I use my Kubota tractor for everything. Sure takes a while to get around on 96 acres with that. Haul my firewood down to the staging area , in the bucket on the tractor. UTV will be alot more efficient, I figure.

Sounds like you've got the set-up I dream about, except I want a 90 acre pond on my 96 acres.

1/2 acre pond ,30 acres of hay fields in the rest, 66 acres of woods, even some nice **** barks. 80 apple and pear trees combined in one field by the house., LOL, those all need to be cut back too yet. One thing at a time. I feel very lucky, that we found what we found. I appreciate every last bit of it. We use to have 10 acres before this and I was happy having that.
