Angry Been had!

Bought a new Polaris RZR for the wifey and I've been adding a few goodies to get her ready to rip. When I picked up the machine I had the dealer order me a rack for it. They got it from Wild Banchee and UPS'd it to me. Wow, was I ever disappointed. The welds looked like a third grader made them and there was slag all over the side rails and on the rack itself.
They cut out a RZR logo on the side rails and it looks like they did it with a chain saw. I actually cut my finger on a protruding piece of metal. They didn't bother to clean up the welds or clean off the slag splatter before they powder coated the pieces. Maybe their shop doesn't have a hand grinder or even a Dremel tool for that matter. The hardware kit was short bolts and washers that I had to drive 110 miles round trip to get from a hardware store in another town. I would have just returned it to the dealer but I'm 250 miles from there and I needed to get this thing ready. I ground off all the welds and splatter and repainted everything. It's on the machine and it looks okay, but

I was just wondering if anyone else has bought products from this manufacturer (Wild Banchee) and what kind of quality they recieved.

I have to say, the fitment was outstanding but they have noooo quality control, obviously.

I hope it holds together for you.

Did you take any pictures of it in the shape it arrived? Could be something you could take back to the dealer next time you're there. Don't know that they'd do anything, but you never know, they might give you some kind of store credit. Also you could send them back to the manufacturer (using that term loosely) and ask for some money back for your troubles. Also mention those pics and their name are going to be posted on the web if not.

Default Been Had.......

No, unfortunately I didn't even think to take pictures. I was just pissed and wanted to get it on and finished. I wrote to the manufacturer, Wild Banchee, but they weren't concerned enough to reply. I hope others will see this post and take heed. Outfits like this shouldn't be in business. Of course if they run their business like this, they probably won't be, for long. Seems they've changed names a few time, trying to escape their rep, ya think.......
