Nice firearm, Specta. Love the S&W revolvers.

I'm familiar with Patridge sights, named after pistol shooter E. E. Patridge who invented them, but I don't think I've ever heard of Whipple sights. When I tried looking them up I didn't find anything on them. Any info?

Sorry, my bad - its a Millet rear sight.

I have friends that have Millet and Whipple. I just got confused. LOL

Okay. I know about Millet sights, but the only Whipple I heard of was always squeezing the Charmin.

Maybe I'll call you Mr. Whipple when you have us out on a tight squeeze of a trail.

And your son can say, "Mister Whipple. Please don't squeeze the Scrambler."

I like .357s. I have 2 of them. A 640 and a 28-2

I used to have Dan Wesson .357 Magnum. It was a really nice gun but the 8" barrel was too long, so I put a 4" barrel and a muzzle brake on it. But I never shot it after that. I miss that gun and wish I could get it back. The good news is I can use any leftover .38 Special and .357 Magnum ammo in the .357 Maximum barrel on my Contender.
