I have never been able to get any pics up either,always tells me they are uploaded waiting approval,never happens so I finally said to heck with it!!Posted bio but thats all that will happen.

How can you change the format of a picture from bitmap to a jpeg?????

 

when you have your picture open

right click on it and from the pull down list hit, save as

on the pic u want 2 load, r/click on properties. it can't exceed 150 kb's

 

I just had the same problem but corrected it by eleminating any signs, only numbers and words.

 

someone else posted this. open your pic in paint open skew and start resizing, save to dektop, r/click on photo,click on properties and it will tell you the size of the file. keep working with it till you get 150k, or below.g/luck. i use adobe photo, but that costs money.

 

All right, I've got a pic thats 384x512 pix, 22.6KB JPEG format, and it wont upload. Says its a file error or not a valid image.I've tried everyone-elses suggestions, no luck. What else can anyone say about this, I need some help, Im not that computer literate. Thanks in advance, I appreciate anything you can suggest.

 

i say take pictures with a phone- those are so small you dont have to worry about resizing them
