fooled around with shift cable do to freezing. disconnected both ends and tried to blow out and lube. reconnected cant start. dash lights works winch works NO HEADLIGHTS. No ignition. neutral light is on gearbox in neutral. wont turn over with key. will start by jumping solenoid. is there a safety switch and location if so. thanks, rich
