And all others related to atvconnection. I really appreciate how you went about adding sponsors/advertisers to the forums
without doing "popups"! Popups are something I that is an annoyance to everyone, and it makes atvconnection a lot better of
a place to go without having to close those windows all the time!

Thanks for the nice compliment and you're very welcome. We're really glad that you and others are enjoying the changes.

By limiting who can promote their products or services to only those with a "Preferred Vendor" title we're hoping that our forum members will enjoy an opportunity to talk with some of these companies without the number of advertisments getting out of hand.

We're working on getting some of the engine builders in here next!

How many of those forums have 25,000 members? If everyone had a 15k icon and we had 20 posts on a page, the icons alone would be 300K plus another 100k or so for the page. Then some poor person on a 28k modem is trying view a 400k page. Who is going to wait 2 minutes for a page to load?

 

I like the new changes just the way they are. The icon size is fine, gives everyone a challenge in getting the size down to accommodate the folks on dial up as well as the high speed connections.
