Default Honda atc 200e

i recently got a 1983 honda 200e. the machine smoked so i changed the oil and the gas i also cleaned the carb. i am assuming it needs rings to fix the smoking issue. My main issue though is when i was running the atc i looked down and saw gas pissing out of the over flow and oil was pouring out from underneath the machine. has anyone else encountered the same problem or have any solutions :S...

First thing I'd do is rebuild the carb and go from there.http://www.ebay.com/itm/1982-1983-Honda-ATC200E-BIG-RED-200-CARBURETOR-CARB-KIT-MADE-IN-JAPAN-03-027-/360488277959?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53eec697c7&vxp=mtr

that would fix the gas issue but do you know of any plugs or anything near the back/bottom of the engine where oil may leak?

Been awhile since I've worked on a 3 wheeler, but I'd clean the engine up and check especially around the drain plug and o-ring at the bottom.Dirt Cheap Honda & Arctic Cat OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Outlet

i took the engine out and behind the sprocket when you look from the back of the engine it looks like there is a missing piece of the engine. is there supposed to be a plate or something behind the beside the sprocket
