I am planning on having a ct350 kit installed on my 250r this summer, and I was just curious if anyone had any feelings or information on this kit.(problems, is it worth it, wear and tear, actual performance gain, or anything else thought of as useful) Thanks

My friend has one on his bike and is quite happy with it, he had the 310 then the 330 before it and he definitely recommends going straight to the 350. In a 500ft drag he once stood his bike up on the grab bar off the line, and I had a perfect start, and he still beat me, so yeah its pretty fast. It is an everyday bike that he puts a lot of miles on and its as reliable as anything, but he doesn't run terribly high comp, only 170 or so, so he can run Premium gas not race gas.

his compression isn't that high? I talked to CT and they said that that kit has extremely high compression and that they reccommend 108 octane???? how does your freind pull this off?

From what I have been told the 330 kit is the better one to have. If you are looking for a fast everyday rider. I dont know much about its fuel needs, it should require a minimum of 50/50 pump-race gas. It is considered less explosive than the 350. I was planning on the CT330, when I put my quad down for the winter.
