Default 250r electrical truoble (no spark, bad stator?)

So I was riding my new 86 250r this weekend and it started cutting out. It died like it was out of gas and it turns out there is no spark. Here is what I've found so far. There are 4 wires that come from the stator. a white one that is ground, a black one that pulses that is for ignition timing, and a green and a blue one that I'm told should have constant power for the lights and ignition.

The white wire which is groud has continuity. Seems O.K. The black timing wire pulses when kicked over like it should, and has continuity with the ground.

The blue and green wires however, show nothing. They have continuity to eachother, but have no power whenm kicked over and show nothing when checked to the ground.

What do you guys think? Does this souns like a bad stator to you?

I might also add that before it quit all together, it developed a miss on the top end that prevented me from being able to wind the gears all the wqay out. Does that mean anything?

I'm not sure you got your wires colors right. Are you sure that's factory ignition? Honda uses black\red for the ignition exciter coil and usually yellow for the lighting coil. Solid green is always ground. the blue and green wires are probably the pulse generator. They have a very small voltage when flywheel is spun past. As little as 2 vdc in some cases.
