Default More Rancher Issues

Yes guys, it's me again, I figure instead of digging up an old threard we might as well start a new one because the troubles have only gotten deeper. Okay, to refresh everyones mind, I'm the gentleman in the wheelchair who uses an ATV each day to get out of the house. It's 2-3 months later, I'm no better than I started, just 300 dollars in the hole now. If you remember the situation began back in April when I was riding machine came out of gear and started "rolling" and no matter what gear you put it in it would not pull the back tires. Dealer says, clutch is out, ok buy the clutch...... machine ran for an hour..... broke again, same symptoms. Ok, upon exploration I find my gear shift fork has some horrible looking wear spots in it, take those off... up to the dealer. "sir these show wear signs that lead to the broken shift plate recall" I knew nothing of any recall, Honda claims my machine was not recalled. Ok, so I bought the shift plate, and the gearshift fork. Machine ran for an hour before showing the same symtomps yet again. Upon taking it a part yet again, we find that a part has a bad/broken weild on it, doesn't even look like it was weilded right. (http://216.37.204.203/Honda_OEM/Hond...e=13&A=70&B=14) part number 15 is the one in question. So of course I ordered it today, another 10 bucks. My question is, do any of you have any suggestions? The warm weather is passing me by as I'm stuck inside.
