MOTO93--There is an engine oil screen in them and they also use an engine oil centrifugal filter.
The screen is near the bottom of the crankcase and to acces it you have to split the crankcase to get to it. I am looking at this from a CLYMER repair manual.

I use honda GN4 oil in 10w 40 in my recon. In the kawi though my dad runs castrol 4-stroke 10w 40 oil. Just get an oil that is good for wet clutches, not synthetic car motor oil becuase they try to reduce friction and the clutches need friction to work properly.
