Before you can remove the nut and thread assembly you have to remove the clip that holds it on.
It item number 13 on the schematic

If the clip is off it should slide right out, what is it getting stuck on? you have to slide the nut/thread assembly off before removing the axle. i'm going to list the steps and use the numbers from the schematic i posted earlier:

1.remove part 13 (clip)
2.slide off parts 6, 9, and 10 (nut/thread assembly)
3.slide off part 4 and 5 (rotor and hub)
4. slide out the axle form the oppisite side

I wasn't sure if you were having trouble getting the nut/thread assembly off or just trying to remove the axle with the nuts loose. so i just listed all the steps in case.

inspect the axle for any burrs or rough edges, also look at the end of the nut. you might have hit a rock or something with the axle or nut and put just enough of a burr in it to prevent it from easily sliding off. if you find a burr you'll have to use a dremel or a grinder to remove it.
