im running a 92 250x with 400ex a arms, what would be a good set up for trail riding, tire size,sprockets ect.

 

The size of the sprocket depends on if you want more down low power or higher top speed. At your weight you could add a tooth to the rear sprocket from stock. Larger tires will increase top speed and smaller tires will decrease top speed.
