300ex Problem (Been 2 weeks and I'M bored)

K, Here's the deal. I've already related in another topic that I had problem and I thought the engine was bogging so it was probably my carb. I figured that it wasn't bogging but cutting. Mostly when at really like RPM is 4 or 5th gear. It also randomly cuts in any gear for about a second. the cutting won't come in the lastest gear until abou 4/5 Throttle. Yesterday, Cutted the coil's wire to get a better contact, tightened the spark plug cap and replaced the plug. It's not that bad anymore but it's still really embarrasing. What could it be ? CDI BOX ? Coil ? Spark Plug Cap? Rotor/Stator?
I also rejetted it to know if it would help and since the plug was really really black . It was jetted with a 124 DYNOJET main jet for a temperature of under 68ºF/20ºC but now since it's 86ºF/30ºC, I jetted it with a 120
Don't really thinks it's the rev limiter since I was riding it 2 weeks ago and I have changed nothing, and I wasn't hitting it at full throttle in 5TH. My CDI Box was home modified to go about 1500 RPM farther
BTW, what should I test with a multimeter and how can I test it?
Anyways thanks. It's getting really embarassing since I called one of the best mechanic and my city, the guy who owned the quad before (solved every problem about his quad) and one of his friend (really good too)

Kinda Bogging. BTW, I've played again with my coil wire and my spark plug cap and it doesn't seems to cut anywore excepting when I'm wide open in 5th. Probably the main jet in that case. Any inputs?

forgot about that one. But i hit my rev limiter in 5th so i would think you would of hit yours before you modified it.

I bought hit with the CDI BOX modified so I don't know anything about the stock LIMITER. On top of that, could not really be the limiter since when it starts cutting, I can still press the throttle more and it still speeds up
