oil filter bolts on 400ex

how tight should i put them back in??
I about broke them off tryin to get em out
will they tighten them selfs ??

oil filter bolts on 400ex

It doesn't take much torque to get them tight, I rotate between 2 turns on one, then I do the same to the other until they are both fairly snug.
