Like Crackhead & others have said the Blaster may be to much for him.My 11 yr old rides both our Recon & 250 EX & loves them.You can't go wrong with either the Honda or Suzuki.

 

i might go for the 250ex or the z250 i weigh less than my bro like 20 pounds less,and i kinda want more power and more speed but my dad wont give me the cash to buy another quad. My brother now rides my 250ex and thinks its fun he knows how to shift a little. He is scared to pin my 250ex. im thinking since i cant get another quad for myself ill put a pipe on it . I have 400 dollars in my room right now which pipe is good for my 250ex so when my bro gets his 250ex or z250 ill be able to beat him i was thinking a pro circut T-4 with the header and silencer have any suggestions?

 

OK the Z250 is a little faster than the 250ex so you better get your brother the Honda as well you don't want to get beat [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
FMF make a good pipe as do many others, but to get more power you will want to add a free flowing air filter like K&N and re-jet that way you will take advantage of what the pipe will offer.

 

how much does the re jetting cost im probably gonna get te pro circut T-4 cuz my neighbor has that one on his and it has a lot of power gain. so i should get him the 250ex? how about to make sure he doesnt beat me i get him the trx 90 j/k its too slow for him weve tried it out already, thanks anyways

 

no offense but trialblzer 250s blow so bad, the blaster is def good good if u kjnow how to switch gears n every thing, the honda is slow but easy to handle, and the suzuki i neva rode but heard it was a good all around quad n its mad reliable, so good luck wit yerr decision

 

I think the z250 and 250ex are good for him because the tb is kinda big and the blaster has a manuel clutch,and the z250 and 250ex are like the same speed at 52mph.

 

hondarider25 try a search for K&N jet kit for 250ex or ask the folks where you plan to get the pipe, make them work a deal on a package for re-jet kit, filter and pipe.

 

i found the k&n jet kit but in the magizine it says 01-02 does that still work ?

should i buy the rejet thing or the pipe first well how much does this thing supposed to cost in the magazine its like 130 or 140 something is that a good price? Thanks
