I've read on this site about people doing this so yesterday the pond was frozen so I thought I would give it a try. On a Honda 300 4x4, came to a stop on the pond, put in second, hit the gas. Started shifting through the gears till I was in fifth. Around and around I went faster and faster, like a spinning top. When I stopped I was so dizzy I darn near fell off. Had to sit for few minutes to figure out where my head was. Sure was fun and even more fun to watch someone else do it. winter time fun!

The last time I tried that the ice broke. Lucky it was only a foot deep where I was at at that moment

I was out doing doughnuts in the snow the other day. In NC we just got 20" of snow so at first I couldn't play very much, but by sat I was sliding all over the place!!

couple of weeks ago we were ice fishing. I started to donuts on my woverine. I got going so fast the rim started to dig in the ice, not good. I went flying one way, the atv went another.I flew like 4 feet up in the air. got right back up and yelled yeeehaaa! My friends over in the distance were laughing. I was pretty funny, i have to admit.

Big Bear, your probably not getting your speed up enough.I have Mudrunners on the Sportsman, they resemble the Vamps and you really gotta get them big tires spining fast.Once you do it,you'll see what im refering to.=====BILL

Spinning donuts on the ice sure is a head rush. Just put it in 3rd, crank the bars and hammer it on my foreman. But I got to admit doing donuts on my friends Sportsman 400 is even faster with the auto and 4wd. You can go just as fast around in reverse with the reverse overide on.
