i heard rumors about a new honda 450ex coming out that uses basiclyy the same design as there crf450 engine... has anyone else heard this?

thought u were 250r for life... lol how does the yfz compare... i saw one race at a local drag race and got stomped i think it was the rider though not the machine.... hows it compare to other atvs such as the 250r, predator, raptor, and the z400 and 400ex... i was thinking of getting a predator but saw the new yzf450.... HOPEING HONDA WILL SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AND GET WISE AND PUT THERE CRF450 IN A QAUD FRAME... ID BE FIRST IN LINE TO GET ONE

 

Your new so here are a few scientific facts you must accept on this site.

1. YES, Honda is coming out with a new 450. We have ALL known this for 3 YEARS now. They just got caught up in shipping somewhere in the Pacific or something. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
This topic is sort of a daily April Fools joke. Caution, you will get flamed for claiming you know or in this case, don't know anything about it.

2. Whatever you have cannot beat a Raptor. Drag racing and top speed is all that matters. MX & Cross Country rely too much on rider skill and that is cheating!

3. Whatever you have cannot beat a DS 650. Same as above.

4. Your 400ex, even though it is an LRD440, sucks. Stock 400ex(s) can't be any good because they use engine technology from over 10 years ago. Now if they just had 2 more horses and were watercooled they would be the 2003 Bike of the Year.

5. All 88 and 89 250R's are used. I know what you mean though, I'm looking for a used 63 Impala. I would prefer a new 63 but they are impossible to find.

7. Your friends Tecate really is the fastest stock 250 quad of all time.

 

uummm i hafta disagree with you top speed and drag racing is not all that matters... its too boring to do.. real fun is in mx were u have to be a good rider and have skill... yeah ive raced at a couple drags but would much rather be on a track... when youre draging your racing for not even a minute total, on a track youre there for close to an hour... oh yeah my 10 year old engine with many mods as beat many raptors on the drags and in the track[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]. but ds 650s there good but to big and heavy, who wants to be riding a close to 500 pound quad around. and of course 250r's are used, everyone knows that, but what else has been dominateing the gnc's, gncc's and drags for the past 10 years.. shure as hell wasnt no raptor or ds650.. so that must tell you suntin[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img].

1. ds 650s suck
2. raptors suck (my lil bro on his 300ex coul beat a raptor)
3 what do you ride sounds like a 440ex to me, why you puttin down your own quad... why dont you go join a bombardier or yamaha forum

oh yeah my friends got a 89 250r thats been revamped to a powervalved 330r done by tnt motorsports in bardstown ky. dont think its ever been beat on the drags (huh not bad for technology form 10 years ago... you can race a raptor or a 650 agaisnt that if u want. ill bet you lose

 

and yeah the tecates were fast just suffered from a weak design. bet my other buddys trx125 will beat it though since you know everything about anything
