try it in 2nd gear, have a rolling start, hit the gas and pull up un the handlebars at the same time. make sure you have your right foot ready to tap the rear brake if it goes up to high.

It will take a lot of practice, you will have to find the balance point to ride them for a long way.

I can do them pretty good, but it is hard to explain other than telling you to practice.

i'm not perfect at it myself. making the bike stand up is the easy part. the hard part is finding the balance point. like i said i'm not perfect i've rolled mine over more than once. my friend can ride his though all 5 gears, and all he tells me is to keep tring. sorry if i can't help much.
but you could try a 14t front sprocket

sit back on seat, but you have to learn to work the gas and the rear brake to keep it up

try standing on the grab bar and if u put the bike back on the grab bar kick with your foot to get it up again. try doing this for awhile and when you get good at that try sitting down and try that for awhile and the more practice the better you will find your balance point. i did this and now on my 250 i can catwalk for like 200meters easy
