I have a 99 honda 450es,would like to put new vampires on the back. Stock tires were 25-8-12 od the front,25-10-12 on the rear.Outside diameter of these are 75 inches round on the front,77 inches round on the rear. I moved the stock rear tires to the front rims, they measure 77 inches around. 25-12-12 vampires measure 77 inches around, but should I go to 26-12-12 to keep the 2 inch difference in tire size? Could someone measure 26-12-12 vampires outside diameter and let me know what it is,i came up with 79 1/2 inches. Help

I don't know if your hard set on VAMPS...if not you might want to check out MAXXIS MUDBUGS. They perform great, and I have a set of 26"'s on my es. They fit without any problems. I was told that they will mount on your stock rims, I chose not to do that because I wanted to run my stock tires and wheel in the summer, as to add more life to these. If you want to see a pic, click on the link below, it will show you what they look like..if you have any questions let me know. Another thing to think about is that the BUGS are lighter than vamps.

BTW... A couple people have told me that the 27" "BUGS" fit also without having to add a lift.
