cr250 ignition for 250r

I am wondering what the gains are for a cr250 ignition in a 250r. How does the power difference feel? What are pros and cons of doing this besides no lights. Im thinking about ESR's kit.

i have it on my bike and in my opinion i seem to get a better throtle response. i dont know if you get more power?

better throttle response (lighter flywheel quicker R's), better spark (helps for alk), cleaner unit

yea my flywheel and counterbalancer are both lightened but i am just wondering if i will have a noticable increase in power/performance? Atleast worth $500

According to ricky stator, no, the gains aren't there like they are claimed.

As stated earlier lighter flywheel quicker throttle response....But the best imo was all new wiring harness and updated electronics. The esr unit is much cleaner and improved over the stock piece.
