I was at Chapparal this morning and was talking about the new Honda 450. They said they got the first shipment of YFZ's in the country, and guess who got the first one ...........HONDA!!

That's not really suprising, I would bet that suzuki and kawasaki were in line to. They do the same thing with cars as well.

 

are you trying to say that honda made the new trx 450r in a month or two? it takes longer than that to make a sweet quad like the trx450r.

Well, it's interesting that all they have to show us is a pretty cheezy picture. If the thing is nearing release, they ought to at least have a prototype they can show us a picture of?? Lets see what they have to show us at Las Vegas.

 

I heard the Honda rep drew that on his notepad with color pencils when he saw a YFZ for the first time

 

I can't find anything on Hondas web site about this???? Am I missing it??? Seems like it would be right up front????

 

i dont even know why this would shock anyone. if you think yami or kawi or anyone for that matter didnt do the same to honda you better think again.

 

1. I was at the local hondoo dealer today, and they didnt have any info about a release or even pics. and these guys are friends.
2. Doesnt surprise me Honda bought a Yam, they all do it to eachother , I worked for honda for years.
3. I like my Raptor, and I like my Blaster, anyone who doesnt, well, buddy, YOU didnt pay for it. Notice I worked for Honda for 14 years and i ride two Yamahas?
OH and a big THANX to whoever recommended rubbing a drier sheet on my goggles to keep dust from sticking: IT WORKS! just rub really easy - it doesnt take much! Now i have 2 bounce sheets in a plastic bag in my gear bag! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
