just got my 400ex and it kicks a$$.

my ex has a 3 month warrenty on it and if a put a pipe and k n filter on it and jet it will that void the warrenty.

I am wondering that same thing too. I want to put the HMF silencer on.

Dealers around here are stupid and will try to find any little bolt thats out of place to void the warranty, unless the mechanic is cool u might be able to.

Or u could be sneaky like my friend did and when he had a problem he threw his stock pipe on and took it back.

You can keep your originals and if something goes wrong, just put them back on.

i called my dealer and he said it was ok but if the new pipe coused the prouble then it would void the warrenty.
