Default Make a recon lighter

I have a 1999 honda recon and i really love the machine. But i want it to move a bit faster so i was wondering if anyone knew of ways i could lighten it up. If i could use any lighter parts from other machines on mine. Its 397lbs id like to lighten it up more. Its all stock right now but if anyone could give me ideas on how to lighten it up i would appreciate it greatly

Pull the racks off. The stock tires aren't that heavy, but those stock steel rims are.
