Question for Yamaha guys?
#1
First off what the hell are you doing in the honda forum? And secondly what are you guys going to do with your quad once honda comes out with the new 450? I bet once it comes out that you will be able to find a bunch of craptors and other yamahas for cheap.
Oh yeah the only reason i posted is because i am tired of you guys coming over here and starting crap. Stay in you own forum for that because that is where the crap belong. And as for JactupVinson get a sportquad then come back and talk. The only reason you come to the honda forum is so you can find flaws with other quads and expose them so you can feel better about getting ripped in the a$$ on your workhorse.

You better get used to it, they do it in the Polaris forum alll the time. The Predator has them nervous, and now, I'm sure the new Honda will too. Enjoy your new ride when it get's here, and ignore the yahoo's.

Yeah that doesn't suprise me that they are acting like they do. I was doubtful at first whether the predator would hold up or not. A guy at the motocross track had one and he just replace the tranny in it and hit a jump that was about 115ft. long and wiped out and busted the frame. Must be nice to be sponsored by polaris. But yeah anything that might beat their yamaha they become **** about.

Gentlemen (and or women if there are some in here),
I apologize for my yamaha counterparts for any attacking threads or replys they may have made in this forum. I agree that it seems very juvenile for some of them to come into your forum area and talk trash about your bikes. I ride yamaha but have ridden honda before. I like to visit all the forums to see if I can be of any help or maybe learn something myself. In defense of some of these guys, there are plenty of threads by honda people attacking us in the yamaha forum and elsewhere. Many are by little kids and others by people with little class. This is the price of having an open forum. Happy Riding.

Exatcally what hounddog said! This type of sh*t isnt just happening on your precious honda forum, we got dumba$$es on ours doin the same stuff! and to tell you the truth its the honda guys that started all this arguing on our forums and it just happened to trail back onto this one. This is like dealing with airraptor again but on a larger scale, very annoying! so why doesn't everyone just STFU! Who cares if honda comes out with a 450 or not?! Your not gonna change the future by posting some rude post on some random forum so if it comes out it more power to ya honda guys. But theres always gonna be brand loyalists out there, just let them be and let them like what they wanna like! I'm brand loyal to Yamaha but I don't go dissing on honda constantly, it's a waste of time! I'd rather help people out with Yamahas! Anyways....just think about it.

Im with hounddog and bigbubba on this one. There are a few bad eggs on these forums that screw it up for everyone by gettin everyone pissed off at eachother. Lets face it though honda and yamaha have and always will be rivals. Its just the way things are. I personally cant wait for the honda 450 to come out cuz for 1 - its a new quad out there for us 2 more competition with is always fun and 3 cuz its about time honda made a really fast competitive quad. Now before you 400ex owners yell at me the EX is and still will be a great quad, its just that its not as powerful as the new comers. I say we sit back and relax and have some fun with the new quads comin out.

"What are you guys going to do with your quad once honda comes out with the new 450?"
Answer: I'm going to keep riding the stuff I already own, Duh.
I know some of my buddies will buy the 450 (Honda or Yamaha), And I'll get to ride all their stuff, and form my own opinions. But most of us aren't going to go out and get the latest....greatest......fastest........wizz bang.......techno .......Quad on the market. Someday when I want or need to replace what I have, I'll select a new unit using my own knowledge, based on my own impressions of whats available. And I won't be shopping for Honda, Kawi, Yamy, or Suzuki. It'll be the best thing that fitss all my requirement.
I've had too many Honda's, K's, Y's and S's to doubt any of their quality. It's all about what works for me. And I can also tell you that there is no replacement for displacement, and for me, a 450 race bike ain't gonna cut it. I don't want to have to keep the thing pinned to keep up with the 650/660's out there. Those bigger displacement bikes don't have to be worked nearly as hard as a 450, to go fast, those bigger bikes are the ones with the big comfy seats, and more ergonomically designed for my big fat a$$.
So If your one of those "RIDE RED" dudes that's got to have the latest greatest, hey good for you, but what you gonna do next year when somebody else has the latest greatest, wizz bang, go fast, race bullet???
Me? I'm gonna keep riding the $hit I already bought, and will keep enjoying it.......
And if your trying to keep up with the greatest , fastest , whatever, It will drive you crazy every year of two.....and probably give you an ulcer.
One last thought. Honda can't even give you a real picture of this rumored bike. And your ready to dump what you've got, for an unknown?? Your a brave dude. Do you play Poker??>??>>/

There are lots of good guys in the Yamaha forum. On that same note, there are lots of good guys in the Honda forum. But there are a choice few in each that go and flame and ruin the reputation of each other's forum. Then everyone becomes stereotypical. I know I would be irritated if someone from the suzuki forum came and flamed on any other forums.
