How much would it cost to put a clutch and a 6th gear on a 250EX and how hard would it be????

Pick your answer: 1. If you have to ask, you can't afford it. 2. The price of an LT250R engine plus conversion of the EX to chain drive. 3. More than a new heart and lungs.

if you wanted 6th gear and a clutch, you could just get a blaster. it would be less expensive to
anything is possible though

if I had a 250ex and wanted to go faster I would upgrade to a 400ex.
doing those mods to a 250ex would cost more than the quad itself.
