axel or +2 a-arms?

whats better to buy + 2 a-arms with new front shocks or a durablue axel that +2 any info on this would be great o yea it for a 400ex

you are kidding right? Obviously the rear axle will do nothing except widen the rear a little whereas the front shocks and A Arms will make the suspension travel 1-4" more and work much better. It will also handle better. Looks like killing 3 birds with one stone as opposed to one.

I would start up front also, but eventually you will have to do both to really see a handling difference.

I just put a 2+2 axle on my 400EX. It really helps a lot for cornering. It slides better now and doesn't high side as much. I am running 20 inch rear shredders. I also have works triple rates on the front. Better front shocks are the first thing I recommend getting if you ride hard. (and aluminum handlebars)

If last friday night is any indication, I will probably be getting a new rear shock and swingarm. I saw a cracked one first hand, and it ain't pretty. I originally wanted to get the wider front end, but will probably have to blow it on a rear end soon.

I weigh about 200 pounds, and coming up short on a double seems to really make the quad want to cry...
