Default looking to buy 300ex

It is a 2000 300ex, has renthal bars, lonestar axle carrier, aluminum bumper and grab bar, durablue axle, realtor tires, new sprokets and chain, and has been bored over just a little, the bike looks great...he wanted 3300, but he will take 2800 for it? is this a good buy or not really? I kinda know the guy so i know he wont stick me with some crap... I would buy a 400 but its too much for me right now...thanks

just a question, why are you buying a 300ex if you have a warrior?

How is the 300ex compared to the warrior? power, speed, i know they say it handles better.
My brother is 120lbs, 5ft7in, is it to small for him?
