im gettin this next year like, the mid of summer next year..

 

I'd go for the 450R or the yfz450. Their made to ride on MX and are very light and it sounds like it'd be perfect for you. Or you could save a few G's and grab a used Z400. It's a very nice bike, except for the chassis. Or if you want "American" made quad go for Polaris. And if you want an abudance of power you can get a raptor or DS650 >4500 at the best. But again the best for you would be the 450R yfz450 or the Z400

If you were buying tomorrow, and were ok paying $7k+, I'd tell you to get a YFZ. If you wanted "bang for the buck" you could work a deal on a Predator and get it for $5-6k. If you were OK withting, I'd hold out for the 450R. Right now, I'd have a hard time shelling out alot of money until the dust settles with the 450R. IMO, it should be worth the wait.
