350X trans in 400ex?

350X trans in 400ex?
i probably already know the answer to this but i am bored waiting
for my ride to school and i am fearing i'm going to have to tear. into my quad soon anyways. so here goes.do you guys think the 350X 6 speed trans would work in the 400 motor? i know the motors are similar but different. if it worked i think that might be a pretty hot set up.isn't the XR400 a 6 speed?
