all you bashing on the new honda need to relax. let the thing do whats its here for then speak up. crazy people so worried about it, whos gonna get one? not me, but i would if i could afford it. personally i would rather build a old 250r for the price of any new quad. same wieght less copression, who cares. maybe it wont have the weak frame like the yami and who needs a electric start, women and children thats who. i have always kicked my quads to start and always will. complain complain complain. get over it and get a life. they are just toys to me.. just me venting about and the hating...like it or not, thats my 2 cents.....god bless america.

my guess is none of the steel frames are going to hold up long with a 4 stroke engine in there.

it dosnt have reverse so that should drop sales by 75% right there according to this forum [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

i also dont have the money to flip for a new one right now so i will keep riding my outdated 88 q-racer for now (funny how i still can get anywhere everyone else does).

but if i had to flip for a new one it would be the YAMMI

Don't worry, this same hype/bs etc went on 3 months ago when the YFZ was introduced. The YFZ/450r debate will be the biggest topic for about a year or so

 

The Honda 450 doesn't need electric start, it kicks over easy, the Yamaha YZF250 is harder to start than the CRF450.

 

and your probably the same people that where bitcheen about not having reverse and if yammi has a kick start i wont buy it!

now honda has a kickstart and no reverse and ALL IS OK IN THE WORLD.

 

I never complained about the YFZ or trash talked and for you're information I was considering buying one before Honda announced the 450, so don't stereotype me and get the hell out of here.

 

heck ya all is right with the world, there's so many bitchen quads to choose from right now. I consider myself a Honda guy but I have to wait till its out to make my final decision, I'm just glad to know that there are so many options out there

 

I beg to differ, The Ds may be heavy but has the horsepower of all these other engines and no frame problem. Its heavy like a tank cause its built like one!
