Yah, My buddy rides a new YFZ 450 and it is pretty frickin impressive especially since it isnt even uncorked yet. That Honda is going to have to be pretty tough to compete. Looks good so far though.

The YFZ looks lower in the front shot and the R looks a little lower in the side shot. But there are to many variables between the pictures to get a good idea. I wanna see 'em side by side for real. . . coming across a finish line.

Your pics arn't to scale or something since the YZF450 has a lower seat height than the 450R but the pics make the 450R look lower.

All I have to say is people make fun of the way the bombardier looks, If you think this honda has any visual appeal at all, you have taste only in your mouth. This is by far the ugliest bike honda has ever made. Lack of long travel a arms, rebuildable shocks, and electric start just not satisfying me. I was really pumped up about this bike but now I am simply put, Disappointed. I think the yamaha is a far better machine. I think honda dropped the ball on this one. Sorry guys but it looks that i am wrong about the front shocks not being rebuildable. Oh well I am still disappointed. I was expecting a much better looking quad

I like the looks of the YFZ over the Arctic Cat. OH wait a minute. I looked at the picture again and see the red and black machine said "HONDA" on the seat.

Sorry guys, just couldn't resist.

It does make me wonder about this one though. Did one borrow the plastic from the other? They do look real similar. Even more so than the Suzuki resembled the Raptor when that came out.
