Who Likes The Looks??
I LOVE the looks on the new 450R....looks so bad@$$!! not a single view i dont like(even when its blowing past a yfz...just a joke)!!! u guys like the new looks? FINALLY NOT ANOTHER RAPTOR LOOK ALIKE!!!

I think not only is it one of THE ugliest sport quads of ALL TIME, but it's going to be slow as sh*t with a heavily detuned motor. we already know the engine only has 10.5:1 compression, a butterfly carb, no titanium valves, probably a very SERIOUS cam detuning, heavier piston and rod with bigger journals, if I had a tailight on my 'racer, that's all 450R owners would see.

I haven't made my decision on the looks but I'm going to wait until I see one in person to draw any conclusions. You have to remember that the YFZ was also detuned from what the dirt bike motor was too... and it was also beefed up in the engine area too!! It's the only way to make the engines/transmissions last in a quad application. JMO.

When I first saw a picture of it, I thought "Damn! Another frog-looking quad!" But it's kind of grown on me since then. But like Black Widow, I'm going to wait until I see one in person, or at least a lot of action photos before I make up my mind.

The looks seem alright although it has no nose just lights. I did see a pic of one with the roadrunner stickers w/ flames and it looked good. The lights kinda have that same worried look like the 400ex.

this is a Different looking quad for sure....the looks have grown on me...Kinda reminds me of one of those robots from Gundam( ummmm I watch that with my kids....)[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I'll wait as well...but i will say... as soon as i saw the YFZ...i Thought it was badass. kinda reminds me of a blue shark. as far as the TRX. It definately looks meaner than the 400EX. it's just not having the same effect on me. Then again. I think the KFX looks cooler than the Z.
and yes, the extra 10ccs will definately add more Bite.
