400EX - approx 27 rear wheel HP
Warrior - approx 17 rear wheel HP

The EX weighs less as well... Just make sure the EX's throttle is adjusted properly if it is a 2000 model.

No contest in a drag race. A stock 250r would be a closer race. I know cause a friend of mine has one and though he is bored and ported and fmf exhaust we are still pretty close. It comes down to who messes up.
