My friend mentioned to me today that a 250r can beat a raptor. I'm wondering if this is true, because even though the 250r is a real fast machine, I didn't think it could actually beat banshees or raptors in top end.

I have not raced crackhead's 265 but I did race my buddies with full national porting and all kinds of other goodies......and in a straight line I eat him up.......but on the mx track I don't have a prayer!

 

With my piped and filtered 250R I have NEVER been beat by a piped anything. including (raptor, 400ex, z-400, kfx, v-forse) Mine is geared to go 85 too and guess how much it costs to make it go from 73 to 85 easly???? about 5 bucks LOL (sprocket)
