Last weekend my friends son hit a tree hard after loosing it coming around a corner on a logging road (loose Gravel)
Thank goodness he was OK, just some bruising from going over the handle bars, and a small chunk out of his helmut.
He bent the Right A-arm and tie rod. (but he was able to ride it back to the staging area!)
The problem I have is giving Honda $225 (plus 8.8% WA state sales tax) for the new part. I'm new to this "quad fun" and don't know where to go for after market parts, or if I should. (I'll pay for Safety, if he's gonna be black & blue, His mama wants the privilege, lol)
the quad is a stock, 2002 TRX 90
So I'm asking you nice people out here (and even the few ornery ones) of you have any ideas. I'm open to suggestions!
Thanks for any replies!!
Oh!! I still haven't figured out what that tree did to make him want to run it down?

The only other source I can think of is that there are several salvage parts sources often listed in the back of the ATV magazines. At least the TRX90 has not changed since it was introduced, you may be able to track a used part down.

Try www.servicehonda or www.planethonda
You wouldn't believe their prices compared to dealers prices.

OK everyone, Thanks for your input on repairs to the right A-Arm on Michael's 2002 TRX 90
The best I've been able to do is $175 new (one California co. mentioned $145, but I need to confirm that)
I've called and e-mailed all over the country and cannot find a used one (I've also been watching E-Bay)
I most likely will order one tomorrow or Monday, so I can get his quad ready by the 10th of October to go riding!
I'd still take suggestions on finding parts!, then I'll be asking advise on putting it on!
thanks again
