I posted this on the 3 wheeler forum too, but I thought I'd give it a shot here as well.

I changed the oil in my 1980 ATC110 recently and found a second plug (it appears to be a drain plug) under the machine. I removed the bolt and found another plug behind it that had to be removed with a phillips screwdriver. Behind this phillips head bolt were a couple of springs.

My question is what is this? Is this the tranny oil drain (there was no oil in it)? Is this an adjustment for something?

Also, can the tranny oil be changed and how?
