Default Goof Price on a R

I found a R for sale for 3000$. I was wondering if it was a good price. The guy just putted a fresh top end and a brand new LRD pipe and exhaust. I think It need new tires thought. I've putted 2 pics in my picture page of this R. I think the guy would let it go for 2600$. Would it be a good price? It's my friend old R. It was not that much maintened but It was well driven. Just look at the picture. Thanks

Look at the swingarm mounting holes, and at all the welds around the main frame area. If it's been ridden real hard it could have small cracks in a few places. Just check all the bearings and everything you can think of. As said before if it needs a lot of little things they add up in a big hurry.
