03 400ex camber adjusment
#12
Lenny,
They replaced my frame. But, they didn't check anything before they did. The new frame is exactly the same. They have ordered a third frame and some sort of Jig to measure the frame before they install it.
There are many brands of adjustable A arms. They come in stock, +1 to +4. Get a copy of Dirt Wheels magazine. I suggested that the dealer put them on instead of doing all the work to install the frame. They said they would not get paid for that by Honda.
I'm going to wait until Desert season is over and then talk to the dealer again.

I have the same problem on my 03 400EX, they changed the front right A-arms and it is still wrong, so Honda asked for pictures from the dealer to see the problem.
The dealer told me that it will be covered under warranty and if it needs a new frame Honda will make a new one with my current VIN # (old frame has to be destroyed)
Will let you know what happens.
